IRVING, Texas -- It's a "Romo Wednesday" at Dallas Cowboys practice Wednesday, but it's a "Rolando Wednesday" as well, with a defensive standout joining the quarterback in taking a rest day at Valley Ranch as the team prepares for its Sunday showdown against the defending champs at Seattle.

Tony Romo is fine. The club hopes Rolando McClain is as well.

For the last month, Romo has managing his back following surgery last December by participated in the Cowboys' Wednesday morning walk-through only. The Cowboys are 3-0 with that routine.

McClain, the middle linebacker standout, aggravated his already-injured groin in Sunday's win against Houston. But the team is optimistic rest will allow him to play for the 4-1 Cowboys on Sunday against the Super Bowl champs.
