Cowboys put three projected starters on injured lists

OXNARD, Calif. (AP) -- The Dallas Cowboys have placed defensive tackle Jay Ratliff and guards Mackenzy Bernadeau and Nate Livings on injured lists before the opening workout of training camp.

Ratliff and Bernadeau were put on the physically unable to perform list Sunday. Livings went on the non-football injury list.

There was no immediate word on their injuries. All three are projected starters.

The Cowboys signed offensive tackle Demetress Bell and wide receiver Lavasier Tuinei and placed them on the non-football injury list. Dallas also signed quarterback Alex Tanney of Monmouth.

Offensive lineman Ryan Cook, deep snapper Louis-Philippe Ladouceur (LAH'-doo-sahr) and guard Ronald Leary also were placed on the non-football injury list.
