Clint Trickett pokes the bear (Nick Saban) with first kiss revelation

Everything was going so well for West Virginia (other than suspending starting CB Icky Banks to open the season). Noses were on the grindstone and chatter was minimal, as the Mountaineers were preparing to give the Crimson Tide all they can handle this Saturday.
But then W.Va. QB Clint Trickett went and picked up a gnarled verbal walking stick, and jabbed it right in the bear’s eye. And by "bear," I mean Alabama's new Bear -- coach Nick Saban.
During a news conference Tuesday, Trickett was asked about his familiarity with Saban, given that Trickett's father coached on Saban's LSU staff in 2000, and Trickett's brother was a graduate assistant at 'Bama in 2007. Trickett’s response (via Stephen J. Nesbitt of the Post-Gazette):
Can’t you just see Saban push-pinning this one onto the bulletin board, then taping photos of Trickett’s face on tackling dummies?
Yeah, me neither.
But hey, it’s a neat story heading into the game -- if nothing else, a fun talking point for announcers to discuss if (when?) this one gets out of hand.
