Chopcast: Looking back on disappointing 2014 season, ahead to 2015


The Atlanta Braves season ended much earlier than expected.
In a down National League overall, the 2013 NL East champs entered the 2014 season as one of the favorites to make the postseason, at least as a wildcard contender. But after a fast start, things began to unravel, specifically an offense that finished 29th in runs scored and undercut far too many strong pitching performances throughout the campaign.
The Braves season ended with 79-83 record and a search for a new general manager.
