Burfict among Bengals' inactives

CINCINNATI -- Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict is inactive today as they host Tennessee. Burfict suffered a second concussion in as many games last Sunday against Atlanta and has not yet passed the NFL concussion protocol, which includes a final examination by an independent neurologist.
Vinny Rey is expected to start in place of Burfict as the WILL linebacker as well as see more action in the defensive nickel packages.
Wide receiver A.J. Green, who left the Atlanta game in the first quarter last week with a toe injury, is active and expected to start in his normal spot.
Six of the seven inactives for the Bengals are injury-related. Running back Rex Burkhead (knee), linebacker Sean Porter (hamstring), right guard Kevin Zeitler (calf), wide receiver Marvin Jones (foot) and defensive tackle Brandon Thompson (knee) were listed as being out or doubtful to play on Friday's injury report. Cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris is the one healthy scratch.
Mike Pollak is expected to start in place of Zeitler.
