Bud Selig to St. Louis: 'You are the best baseball city'

Even though his reign as Major League Baseball's commissioner is coming to an end, Bud Selig is still doing bizarre things.
On Sunday night, Selig was at an event held by the St. Louis chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America.
When Selig got up to speak, he told the fans in attendance that St. Louis was the best baseball city.

We're not sure what formula or measurement Selig used to get his result, or if he was just playing to the home crowd, but the man who ran baseball for 20 years thinks 29 other cities come up short compared with St. Louis.
Clearly, the fan on the left agrees.
