The Milwaukee Bucks signed second-round pick Damien Inglis to a multi-year contract Thursday, general manager John Hammond announced.
Inglis, the 31st-overall selection in June's NBA Draft, will come over and play for the Bucks this season. The 19-year-old native of French Guiana played last season with Roanne in France's top league, averaging 4.6 points and 3.6 rebounds in 27 games. The Bucks feel the 6-foot-9 forward would have been a first-round pick had he not suffered a broken right foot during a draft workout with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Terms of the contract were not released, but Allen Crabbe â the 31st-overall pick in 2013 -- signed a two-year, $1.8 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.
With Inglis in the fold, the Bucks have signed all three of their 2014 draft picks.
Following Tuesday's trade of Carlos Delfino, Miroslav Raduljica and a 2015 second-round pick to the Clippers for Jared Dudley and a protected 2017 first-round pick, Milwaukee has 14 guaranteed on its roster.
The contracts of point guard Kendall Marshall and forward Chris Wright are non-guaranteed, leaving the Bucks currently with 16 players fighting for 15 roster spots.
