MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Bucks have requested waivers on rookie guard Darington Hobson.
Hobson, a 6-foot-7, 210-pound guard was Milwaukee's second round pick (37th overall) in the 2010 NBA draft but was waived prior to the start of the season. He resigned with the Bucks as a free agent last December and made five appearances, scoring a total of four points with three rebounds and six assists.
The 24-year-old also spent two stints with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA D-League where he averaged 10.6 points and 5.1 rebounds in eight games.
