BALTIMORE -- The Cleveland Browns will hold pick Nos. 12 and 19 in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

The draft begins on Thursday, April 30 and runs through May 2.

The Browns finished 7-9 after losing their fifth-straight game Sunday, 20-10 at Baltimore. The draft order for the other three AFC North teams is not determined because those teams are in the playoffs.

The Browns hold their own pick at No. 12 and the Buffalo Bills pick at No. 19 the Browns acquired by trading out of No. 4 in last year's draft.

The Browns will play the AFC West, the NFC West, the New York Jets and the Tennessee Titans next year based on the NFL's scheduling formula and the team's fourth-place finish. The schedule is usually released in April.
