Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas and Bengals cornerback/return specialist Adam "Pacman" Jones have been named to the Professional Football Writers of America All-NFL team.
Sherman, Thomas and Watt are members of the PFWA's All-NFL team for the third consecutive season, the longest current streak among active players.
This is the fifth time in Thomas' eight-year career that he has been voted All-NFL by the PFWA. He is one of three players -- along with Houston defensive end J.J. Watt and Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman -- to be named three straight seasons, which is the longest current streak among active players.
Jones, who is on the All-NFL team for the first time, is the first Bengal to lead the league in kick returns, averaging 31.3 yards, which is also a franchise record. He also averaged 11.9 yards on punt returns, which was fourth. He is the only player in the league to rank in the top eight in both categories.
Carolina middle linebacker Luke Kuechly, who went to Cincinnati St. Xavier, was a repeat All-NFL pick.
Thomas and Jones were also named to the PFWA's All-AFC team, and were joined by Browns rookie offensive guard Joel Bitonio and Bengals offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth. Jets center and Centerville native Nick Mangold, who went to Ohio State, was also named All-AFC.
On the All-NFC team, Kuechly was joined by Philadelphia linebacker and former University of Cincinnati standout Connor Barwin.
