The Browns have acquired RB Dion Lewis from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for LB Emmanuel Acho, per the Eagles twitter account:

Lewis rushed for 69 yards in just 12 attempts last season as Bryce Brown emerged as the back-up to starter LeSean McCoy in Philadelphia.
The Eagles fifth-round draft pick in 2011, Lewis should have more of an opportunity to compete with the Browns, where the running back position is relatively unsettled behind Trent Richardson. The Browns currently have Montario Hardesty and Chris Ogbonnaya on the depth chart behind Richardson.
Acho, a late draft pick last year, spent the entire season on the Browns injured reserve list. He was an All-Big 12 selection his senior year at Texas.
