Take Charge Brandi won the $2 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies by a half-length, pulling the upset at 61-1 odds for Hall of Fame trainer D. Wayne Lukas.
The 79-year-old trainer is the career leader in both Cup victories with 20 and purse earnings. Lukas was already the oldest trainer to win a Cup race two years ago when Hightail won the Juvenile Sprint.
