Braves season preview debuting March 6


ATLANTA -- SportSouth, a FOX Sports regional network, will debut Atlanta Braves 2014 Season Preview on Thursday, March 6 at 10:30 p.m. ET. FOX Sports announcers Chip Caray and Joe Simpson host the one-hour preseason show from the Braves Spring Training complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
Fans will hear from Braves general manager Frank Wren as he discusses the team's offseason moves, which included the signing of five key players, and will go behind the scenes with first baseman Freddie Freeman and catcher Evan Gattis, who were both mic'ed up during spring drills.
Also during the show, Braves LIVE analyst and former Braves pitcher Paul Byrd talks with shortstop Andrelton Simmons as well as manager Fredi Gonzalez. Additionally, Byrd demonstrates Julio Teheran and Kris Medlen's pick-off moves, discusses a proper inside-out swing with third baseman Chris Johnson, and shows how to field a play at the plate with catcher Gerald Laird.
