Braves 2008 First-Round Draft Pick Brett DeVall, and the Tommy John Surgery That Wasn't

In the middle of last year, the Braves' top draft pick from the previous year (the 40th pick overall in the draft), left-handed pitcher Brett DeVall, felt elbow pain that shut him down for the rest of the season.
It was determined that he would need Tommy John surgery, and so he went under the knife, and the Braves and Brett prepared for a 2010 season that would be spent in rehab... but that was not to be. I caught up with Brett at the Braves Minor League spring training complex in Orlando, Florida, and here is a Q&A we did about his surgery:
