SCOTTSDALE -- Brad Cesmat's Football AZ, a program that will provide unprecedented coverage of professional, college and high school football, will debut Wednesday on FOX Sports Arizona.
The program, sponsored by Arizona Ford Dealers, will air on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on FOX Sports Arizona and can also be seen on Cesmat's all-sports website, Sports360AZ.com.
"I believe there is a strong appetite for football coverage 12 months a year in Arizona," said Cesmat, whose staff will produce the show out of Skyview Network studios in Scottsdale. "This is not just a football-on-Sunday state. This is a seven-day-a-week football state. Nothing like this has been done before."
Cesmat began his career as part of the start-up of XTRA in San Diego/Los Angeles in 1988. In 1993 he moved to the Valley, where he hosted a sports talk show at KTAR-AM and later served as sports anchor at KTVK.
"Brad's show will help complement our popular D-backs, Coyotes and Suns coverage and will give football fans a look at the games and topics that matter most in Arizona," said Brian Hogan, FOX Sports Arizona Sr. Vice President and General Manager.
