Blue Jackets announce third jersey schedule

The Columbus Blue Jackets have one of the cooler third jerseys in the NHL, which fans will get to see on the ice 12 times this season.

The team announced Thursday the dates the jersey, highlighted around the team's goal-scoring cannon, will be worn.

TUES. OCT. 20 - 7:00PM vs. NYI

TUES. NOV. 10 - 7:00PM vs. VAN

SUN. NOV. 22 - 7:00PM vs. SJ

SAT. DEC. 12 - 7:00PM vs. NYI

TUES. DEC. 29 - 7:00PM vs. DAL

SAT. JAN. 16 - 7:00PM vs. COL

THURS. JAN. 21 - 7:00PM vs. CGY

SAT. FEB. 13 - 7:00PM vs. OTT

FRI. FEB. 19 - 7:00PM vs. BUF

SUN. MAR. 13 - 3:00PM vs. TB

THURS.. MAR. 24 - 7:00PM vs. CAR

MON. APR. 4 - 7:00PM vs. NYR

Regular season play begins for the Jackets Oct. 9 at Nationwide Arena against the New York Rangers.
