The Big Ten Championship Game is set: No. 3 Ohio State (11-0) will play No. 13 Michigan State (10-1).
Both clinched their respective divisions with wins on Saturday, Michigan State at Northwestern and Ohio State over Indiana.
The teams didn't play during the regular season. Ohio State beat Michigan State, 17-16, last year in East Lansing. Michigan State beat Ohio State, 10-7, in Columbus in 2011.
It's the first Big Ten Championship Game for Ohio State, which won the Leaders Division last year, too, but was inelgible for postseason play. Michigan State played in the first Big Ten Championship Game in 2011, losing 42-39 to Wisconsin. Both Ohio State and Michigan State will play in the East Division next year when the Big Ten adds Maryland and Rutgers and realigns the divisions.
The Big Ten Championship Game is Dec. 7 in Indianapolis and will air on FOX.
