Ever since he said it on Oct. 24, Tampa Bay head coach Raheem Morris' comment that the Buccaneers are the best team in the NFC has made headlines.
In Morris' defense, his team is tied with the Falcons and the Giants at 5-2 for the conference's best record. Yet it is hard to take seriously the idea that the Bucs, 3-13 last season, have legitimate claim to that title, as their point differential is minus-27.
