Bernard Pollard tapes termination notice to his locker

Sometimes, you need a little motivation. Bernard Pollard won a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens last season and then was unceremoniously handed his walking papers. The reason why is still up in the air, but there are some apparent bad feelings between Pollard and the team. He wasn't unemployed for long. Pollard signed a one-year deal with the Titans during the offseason, his fourth team in seven NFL seasons. Now he's in training camp, getting ready for 2013. But a close look in his locker reveals something interesting:

Pollard has taped his termination letter from the Ravens on the inside of his locker. We get it. In case he needs that extra something ... the determination to bang out another set, run another sprint or study a little harder. All he has to do is look at that letter and get going.
