Baylor kicker, MSU defender exchange tweets after devastating hit

Lost in the 20-point, fourth-quarter comeback win Michigan State notched in the Cotton Bowl against Baylor was one of the hardest hits of the college football season at the expense of Bears' kicker Chris Callahan.

Kickers aren't exactly used to getting hit, and the blow Callahan took -- which occured after a blocked kick with just over a minute remaining -- must've hurt even more in hindsight, with Baylor losing by just one point, 42-41.

After the game, Callahan tweeted "I am alive," along with "my mom said I would never get hit" and got a response from Michigan State's Tony Lippett -- the man responsible for the un-cleating on AT&T Stadium's turf.

What followed was an excellent showing of sportsmanship by the two athletes.

Classy move from both parties after a game that will go down as an instant classic.
