Athletes have been tweeting about the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight for years

When someone mentions this Saturday's Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight, the words "much-anticipated" or "long-anticipated" usually get used in some way.
According to Twitter, athletes have been using the social media site to express their desire to see Mayweather-Pacquiao duke it out in the ring as far back as 2010.
Here is a sampling:

Mayweather and Pacquiao also have a history of tweeting about the bout, with Mayweather taking the first jab in 2011.
