TUCSON, Ariz. -- Karsta Lowe recorded a match-high 17 kills to lead UCLA (15-13, 6-12 Pac-12) to a 3-0 victory over visiting Arizona (19-11, 9-9 Pac-12) on Sunday at the John Wooden Center.

The story of the match was the play down the stretch in the first two sets. Arizona had significant leads in both sets, but UCLA was able to rally back for the wins. The Bruins outhit the Wildcats .267-.175 for the match as Arizona recorded 22 attack errors.

Penina Snuka led the Wildcats with her 16th double-double of the season, as she dished out 32 assists to go along with 12 digs, two kills and a block.

Olivia Magill had the best day offensively for the Wildcats, as she finished with eight kills on .667 hitting with a match-high four blocks. Taylor Arizobal finished with a team-high nine kills, while Jane Croson added eight kills and nine digs.

Madi Kingdon tied for match-high honors with 13 digs, but she was limited to just seven kills for the match. Candace Nicholson also finished with double-figure digs, as she had 10 in the contest.

Arizona held a slight lead for much of the opening set. The Wildcats even led 20-15 late in the frame, but UCLA battled its way back to eventually tie the score 23-23. Arizona still had three set -oint opportunities that it could not cash in on, and with the score tied 26-26, two straight UA attack errors clinched the set for UCLA.

It was all Arizona in the second set, as the Wildcats jumped out to an 18-11 lead. Arizona remained in front 24-19 with plenty of set point opportunities. Incredibly, UCLA won the next seven points to rally back and take the set, 26-24. The Wildcats had plenty of chances to win much like the opening set but some costly attack errors hurt their chance at the end of the set.

UCLA got out to an early lead in the third set, and the Bruins never looked back. Arizona was never able to take the lead at any point, and UCLA went on to take the set 25-19.
