About the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA:

Located in one of San Diego’s most underserved communities, the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA has served southeast San Diego since 1943. Last year, construction started on a new 50,000 square-foot facility that will give the Jackie Robinson Y opportunity to serve more kids, adults and families for generations to come.

Expected to open Fall 2017, the new facility will feature a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, a child watch center and Kid’s Adventure Land, an intergenerational room, member lounge, as well as a Major League Baseball All-Star Sports Complex, pictured here.

The facility will be a place for all ages to spend time together and be active.
