FOX SPORTS SAN DIEGO NOMINATED FOR NINE EMMY AWARDS
SAN DIEGO - In culmination of the network’s inaugural year, FOX Sports San Diego (FSSD) was nominated Tuesday for nine Emmy Awards by the Pacific Southwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The nominations fell into multiple categories and reflected the network’s wide range of events in 2012. Emmy Award winners will be announced Saturday, June 15.
"We're honored to receive such acknowledgement during our first year in San Diego,” said Henry Ford, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FSSD. “It's a tribute to all involved at FOX Sports San Diego, and their dedication. I'm proud of and inspired by our team."
