While the Miami Heat are trying to impress free agent LeBron James, they have not had much success in making a real splash.
"The Heat have been very active in the past 48 hours trying to make something of substance happen and they have not been able to do that," Amico said.
The Heat's "hands are tied" if they want to sign James, Bosh and Wade, according to Amico.
