Amazing goal scored during Stars-Oilers game

If Michael Jordan and Larry Bird had been at last night's game between the Dallas Stars and Edmonton Oilers, they would have been very impressed.

The duo, who famously starred in a McDonald's "trick shot" commercial in the '90s, would have witnessed one crazy goal by Stars defenseman Brenden Dillon.

From between the blue line and face-off circle, Dillon throws a puck at the net, except it goes off an Oilers player and hits the glass behind the net.

The puck then takes a strange bounce off the glass, and nobody can see exactly where it goes.

Edmonton goalie Devin Dubnyk backs up in the crease, trying to protect the net, but then the puck comes down and hits Dubnyk in the back before falling into the net.

So . . . off the stick, off the defender, off the glass, off the goalie's back and nothing but net!
