Adios Charlie won the closing day feature at Aqueduct, beating Astrology by 2 1/2 lengths in the $150,000 Jerome Stakes for 3-year-olds Saturday.
Never worse than second at any point, Adios Charlie surged in the final stages for his second win in three starts. Rajiv Maragh was aboard as Adios Charlie covered the 1 mile in 1:36.81 over the sloppy track.
Trainer Stanley Hough said the colt might run next in the Preakness.
"There are a lot of options for 3-year-olds," he said. "We'll try to make the right decision. Obviously he's got some talent, and hopefully he'll move forward."
