A healthy enthusiasm for the Falcons

Atlanta Falcons rookie linebacker Sean Weatherspoon exudes enthusiasm. It's a lot easier to be enthusiastic when you're healthy.

Weatherspoon had been the Falcons' leading tackler before he missed five games because of a knee injury. He returned Nov. 28 against Green Bay, but coach Mike Smith limited his number of plays and mostly used him in the defense's sub packages.

Entering last Sunday's game at Seattle, Weatherspoon continued to improve health-wise to the point where the training staff did not have to restrict his knee so severely with a pregame tape job. Weatherspoon joked that previously the knee was
