There are a lot of elements that make a WWE superstar great. Having a memorable ring entrance is one of those things.

Wrestlers always step up their entrances for WrestleMania. Through the years, we've seen Shawn Michaels fly through the air, John Cena get driven to the ring by old time gangsters (including C.M. Punk) and gladiators escort HHH to the ring.

In honor of WrestleMania 31 taking place this Sunday, The Buzzer is bringing you the 15 greatest ring entrances of all time. Some of these make the cut because of the music, some make the cut because of the actual entrance and others are here for a combination of both.

1. Stone Cold Steve Austin: There was nothing like the sound of the Rattlesnake's glass breaking as he stomped to the ring like a mad man.

2. The Rock: The music starts with perhaps the greatest wrestling catchphrase in WWE history -- "If you smell what The Rock is cooking" -- and it has always managed to whip the crowd into a frenzy.

3. Ric Flair: The arrogant music combined with Nature Boy coming out in a Liberace-esque robe with his flowing blond hair made for the perfect combination.

4. Hulk Hogan: Hogan has been blessed with two great theme songs. During his early WWF days, he used Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger" before switching to the iconic "Real American."

5. Randy Savage: Who could've predicted that using a graduation theme song would be such a hit for a pro wrestler?

6. The Undertaker: No one in wrestling history has a more over-the-top entrance. Scary music, fire, darkness and the Dead Man always added up for a stunning visual.

7. Val Venis: The WWE's resident porn star during the "Attitude Era" had the perfect music that began with, "Hello, ladies" as he gyrated to the ring in a towel.

8. Chris Jericho: A clock ticking away until it hit zero triggering the scream of "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" helped make Jericho's WWE debut one of the most memorable in company history.

9. DX: The immature group's song began with the perfect opening line: "Are you ready?"

10. Kurt Angle: Angle's instrumental WWE theme song was already catchy, but things went to another level when fans started chanting "YOU SUCK" during the beat as Angle headed toward the ring.

11. Shawn Michaels: The Heartbreak Kid's ring entrance is full of flash, but when you add Michaels singing the catchy "Sexy Boy Toy," you have a classic.

12. Mr. McMahon: The music swells up, the words, "No chance in hell" are said and the best strutter in the world hits the ring.

13. The Ultimate Warrior: This makes the list simply for the maniacal sprinting and shaking of the ropes.

15. Gillberg: Forget Goldberg. Gillberg's entrance was so much better.
