SOLDEU-AL TARTER, Andorra (AP) Organizers have pushed back the start of a women's World Cup Alpine combined event by an hour to allow fresh snow to be moved off the course.

The super-G portion is now scheduled for 1030 GMT, followed by the slalom run three hours later.

Winds and snowfall also forced a three-hour delay of Saturday's super-G on the same course.

Overall World Cup leader Lindsey Vonn fractured her left knee in the race after catching a spot of soft snow but the American is still planning to start in Sunday's event.

On her Facebook page, Vonn says ''Drained my knee a few times and it's feeling a little better. Going to go up on the hill and see how it feels.''
