The Haitian goalkeeper injured in a collision with a teammate during an Olympic women's soccer qualifying match has been released from the hospital.

CONCACAF spokesman Scott Gleba says Edine Limage was walking on her own and released Saturday after a two-night stay. Limage then went to BC Place to watch her team's game against Costa Rica.

Team officials initially were worried about a possible spinal injury after Limage was knocked to the ground during the second half of Haiti's 6-0 loss to Canada on Thursday.

The 26-year-old Limage plays collegiately at the University of Moncton in New Brunswick.
