Fans protest against football at Olympic Stadium

Fans of three London soccer clubs have approached the company deciding the future of London's 2012 Olympic Stadium to protest against a Premier League team moving in.

Supporter groups from Tottenham and West Ham have written to the Olympic Park Legacy Company, the Premier League, the Football Association and the government to oppose their teams' bids to take over the east London site.

Leyton Orient fans have joined the protest because they fear the third-tier will struggle if a bigger club relocates near its Brisbane Road stadium.

Football Supporters' Federation chairman Malcolm Clarke says ''there should be no further moves on these plans until both Spurs and West Ham have fully consulted their fans.''
