Dynamic of luge mood - and races - have changed

Canadian lugers Regan Lauscher and Meaghan Simister say they've lost their home-ice advantage because of changes to the Olympic sliding track in aftermath of an athlete's death.

USA Luge chief Ron Rossi wonders if the Olympic competitions will still have an elite feel because of those changes.

International luge officials decreed that every Olympic slider will start from a lower position on the course than first planned. The change is designed to keep speed down and make the track safer.

Though there is still plenty of grieving over Friday's tragedy, not everyone supports the changes.
