Cal Poly defeats UC Davis 34-16

Chris Brown rushed for three touchdowns to lead Cal Poly over UC Davis 34-16 Saturday night.
Brown, Cal Poly's (4-5, 3-2 Big Sky Conference) quarterback, rushed for a career-high 195 yards on 21 carries. His 72-yard run set up a Kori Garcia 1-yard TD run.
Brown made five attempts passing while completing just one, a 15-yard connection that kept a fourth quarter drive alive. The drive eventually led to Brown's 5-yard touchdown run to put the Mustangs up 27-16. He added another 5-yard TD run in the fourth quarter.
Brown also had a 29-yard touchdown rushing in the first quarter. His three TDs are also a career-best.
Gabe Manzanares led the Aggies (3-7, 3-3) with 141 yards rushing on 29 carries. It was Manzanares' fifth game this season he's rushed for more than 100 yards.
