Compared to the last four seasons that have seen Vettel turn from a kid into a four-time World Champion, 2014 has been a miserable year for Red Bull Racing driver Sebastian Vettel.
Unfortunately, the Hungarian Grand Prix continued that trend for the German, even after starting from second on the grid. The 27-year-old fell all the way down to seventh before the checkered flag flew, while his younger teammate Ricciardo drove on to take the win.
However, Vettel should be thanking his lucky stars that he was even able to finish the race at all, after recovering from this spectacular spin when he came around to complete Lap 32:
