Sometimes we all like to laugh at electric cars, and why not?
Even as a Formula E fan, I can’t help but smile when someone calls the series full-size RC racing.
However, at the end of the day it looks like electric cars will get the last laugh. No, not because we’re going to run out of oil tomorrow, but because electric-powered cars means instant torque.
Tesla used this fact to their advantage when taking some individuals out for a test drive in its new Model S P85D, which can go from 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds in “Insane Mode.”
Insane Mode? Isn’t that name just a bit exaggerated?
