Watch 12 cars spin off in the same turn during rainy race in Argentina

Though its true that races held in the wet are often more exciting than those in the dry, what’s even more exciting is races held in mixed conditions.

Drivers are left with the question of "do I take wet tires, in which case I’ll be really slow if parts of the circuit dry out; or do I take dry tires, in which case I risk spinning out if I hit a turn where there’s a lot of standing water?"

Unfortunately for these 12 drivers in a Top Race V6 event at the Autodromo Termas de Rio Hondo in Argentina last weekend, they chose to stick with dries… and it bit them.

Fortunately, all of the incidents were low speed and there were no reports of any injuries.

Franco Girolami went on to win the race.
