'Top Gear Live' tour renamed 'Clarkson, Hammond and May Live'

So as to not disappoint current ticket-holders for the 2015 “Top Gear Live” world tour, BBC Worldwide has announced that the tour will go ahead but will be renamed “Clarkson, Hammond and May Live” and will not feature any BBC branding.
“So as not to disappoint the thousands of people around the world who have already purchased tickets, BBC Worldwide has agreed with our joint venture partner Brand Events that the remainder of the tour can continue,” said a spokesman. “These events will not, however, feature any BBC Top Gear branding or content. We believe this is a sensible approach in the circumstances.”
Last week, the BBC confirmed that it would not be renewing Jeremy Clarkson’s contract after the 54-year-old physically and verbally assaulted "Top Gear" producer Oison Tymon.
Due to the past ongoing investigation, the following events were forced to be rescheduled:
- "Top Gear Live" in Stavanger, Norway will take place from June 20-21.
- The festival that was set to run in Sydney, Australia will now be an indoor arena show, held in Melbourne on July 18-19, and Sydney July 25-26.
