Nitro Circus rider Ryan Williams, 20, became the first ever person to land a triple front flip on a BMX bike last weekend.

With the words “this one’s for you, Roner,” the Australian pulled off the stunt in honor of his friend Erik Roner, a fellow Nitro Circus member who had died in a skydiving incident last Monday.

The stunt took place at Travis Pastrana’s Pastranaland in Maryland, where Williams and Andrew Ahumada took turns trying to be the first to pull off the stunt, each crashing on multiple occasions until, finally, Williams was able to stick the landing.
