Presenting 'The Beer Engine': A bike with a beer barrel sidecar

There are several interesting custom cars and bikes in this world.

However, this one certainly stands out, and its designer deserves one on the house.

According to the BBC, “The Beer Engine” was commissioned by the Hogs Back Brewery in Tongham, Surrey, in the UK, and was built as part of national competition, but lost, as there was no category for sidecars.

The bike – capable of 140 mph – has no handlebar controls, and is instead operated by pedals and a beer pull handle for shifting gears.
