Matthew Brabham will team with Jean-Eric Vergne for Andretti in Saturday’s Punta del Este ePrix, which will be shown LIVE on FOX Sports 2 at 1 p.m. ET.
The announcement comes as Franck Montagny, who currently sits third in the FIA Formula E points after two races, will be sitting out the race due to health reasons. Brabham finished 13th in his Formula E debut last month at Putrajaya.
The Brabham/Montagny switch is not the only one going on this weekend, with the aforementioned Jean-Eric Vergne, Antonio Garcia and Salvador Duran all making their first FIA Formula E starts on Saturday.
