Tyco BMW rider Ian Hutchinson turned 37 on Friday, and he received a nice present to celebrate with the next day.

The British motorcycle racer won four of the seven events held at the 7.3-mile Dundrod Circuit in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on Saturday, with wins in Superstock, Supersport (Race 2 - riding a Camer Yamaha), and Superbike (both races). As a result, he also took home the Man of the Meeting trophy.

Among the other race winners were Bruce Anstey - who was declared the winner of the first Supersport race after a rider incident brought out the red flag - Neil Kernohan and Christian Elkin - who won in the Lightweight/Ultralightweight classes respectively - and Daniel Cooper - who took the win in Supertwins.

Hutchinson was battling Anstey for the top spot in the first Supersport race at the time of the incident.

While the red flag may have prevented Hutchinson from taking a clean sweep of all five big races, he was able to reset the lap record at 134.089 mph in the second Superbike race.

“We’ve worked really hard with the time we’ve had and my bikes have been phenomenal today,” said Hutchinson, following the second Superbike race - the final race of the day. “When I was leading at the start I made a mistake but as soon as I started the last lap I just dug deep and tried to pull a gap. It’s brilliant to get four here, I’ve done three in a day before, but this is pretty amazing.”
