F1: Hulkenberg back on track after run of bad luck

Nico Hulkenberg was relieved to finish a solid seventh in last weekend's Mexico GP after his recent run of incidents and retirements.
A double points finish for Force India also went some way to securing fifth in the World Championship for the team, and the German is keen for more of the same in Brazil and Abu Dhabi.
“We had to catch the car quite a bit,” said Hulkenberg. “Temperatures were crucial, brakes were on the limit as well, so quite a demanding race inside the car. Maybe not as spectacular from the outside, but from the inside it was certainly. It feels very good after the last couple of races when frustration has been quite big, it's quite nice to be seventh and have a smooth race.
“Looking ahead Red Bull will be too far away from us. We just have to keep plugging away getting results and races like this. I think it would be great if we could have two races with two cars finishing in the points, and take that fifth constructors' championship position and go into the winter break.”
Meanwhile, Hulkenberg said that as Sergio Perez's teammate, he was warmly welcomed by the Mexican public: “It's been great. Of course he's the home hero, but I have to really give them a compliment, they're so fair and warm and welcoming to me too. They have adopted me now as a Mexican, which is really great to see. I really liked it and I really enjoyed my time in Mexico. It's a great event.”
