F1: 17-year-old Verstappen continues to make his mark

Toro Rosso's Max Verstappen was one of the stars of the Chinese GP, and the Dutchman was heading for an eighth place before his retirement in the closing laps.
He made his mark with a series of spectacular outbraking moves, which he completed without undue drama.
“It's quite frustrating,” he said. “I think it was a great race up until then. When you’re close to the finish of the race... It's disappointing.
“The car was handling well. The top speed wasn't great, so we really had to do it on the late braking. The car was really good, all the stints I was happy about the balance. There's not more we could do, really. Yesterday I was a bit struggling with the brakes in qualifying, but today the car just performed well. That's where I overtook the people, on the straights I didn't have a chance.”
Regarding his passing moves he said: “I think the one on Ericsson was quite nice. It was very late braking, and I just made the corner! It was good, I enjoyed all the moves.
“You can see the car perform through the corners. Of course on the straights we are still struggling, but on the brakes we are looking strong. Today I was really enjoying it again, like Malaysia. I felt very comfortable in the car and I think that's very important.”
