The Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas Collector Auction is ready to roll.

From Sept. 25 – 27 at the Mandalay Bay Event Center on The Strip, more than 700 cars of all varieties – muscle cars, vintage trucks, resto-mods, race cars, imports and more – will be driven onto the auction stage to be sold to the highest bidder.

The FOX family of networks will be there to provide 23 hours of live coverage over the three-day event.

Here are some of the more interesting vehicles that will be crossing the block in Sin City:

Lot 767, 1967 Cadillac Coupe De Ville – This is the 1967 Cadillac Coupe De Ville that Elvis and Priscilla Presley honeymooned in late in 1967. It was purchased on Sept. 15, 1967 and used by the couple as they drove around Memphis and to Elvis’ Circle G ranch. It has been a part of Mike L. Moon's private collection since 1979 and has been on display at the Elvis Presley Museums in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Niagara Falls, Canada ever since.

Lot 766, 1970 Rolls-Royce Long Wheelbase Saloon – This custom Rolls-Royce was ordered and purchased by ABC Television Network as a gift for Johnny Cash. Geez, my boss never did anything like this for me. Comes with extensive documentation proving it was indeed owned by the Man In Black.

Lot 735, 1932 Custom Ford Roadster – A radical custom known as the “Zoomie Deuce,” this electric yellow 1932 Ford cost a reported $266,000 and took four years to build. But you can see where the money went in this gorgeous, one-of-a-kind rod. This was named “America's Most Beautiful Roadster” at the prestigious Grand National Roadster Show.

Lot 454: 2013 Lamborghini Aventador

Lot 454, 2013 Lamborghini Aventador –  OK, this might be the most Las Vegas car ever, perfect for cruising The Strip on a wild night. Philistines would describe this car as “orange over black,” but the correct description of the colors is “Arancio Atlas pearl over special order Nero Ade black leather/Alcantara interior.” And, yes, the MSRP is a wallet-melting $435,000.

Lot 145, 1981 Delorean DMC-12 – Indeed, friends, the market for Deloreans is starting to pick up steam. This star-crossed stainless steel sports car was immortalized in the original “Back To The Future” movie, and without question, this is only sports car you wash with Windex. John Delorean’s dream and his demise, too.

Lot 335: 1976 Cadillac Mirage pickup

Lot 335, 1976 Cadillac Mirage pickup – Well, OK, this might be even more Las Vegas than the $435,000 Lamborghini. One of about 204 Cadillac Mirage pickup trucks built by famed Southern California customizer Gene Winfield. “Owning a Gene Winfield original is much like owning a Picasso,” claims the consignor. We simply say, “your mileage may vary.”

Lot 351, 1947 Chevrolet Delivery Van – In recent years, vintage trucks of all kinds have made huge gains in the marketplace, and this one is way cool, a rolling tribute to the famed Route 66 that bisects the American heartland. These types of trucks are very popular forms of local advertising, as they make great rolling billboards, or even stationary ones out in front of stores and shops.

Lot 624, 1954 Kaiser Custom Coupe – One of the hottest trends in the vintage market is to build cars and trucks that look old but have the drivability of new cars. This ’54 Kaiser is a great example of a resto-mod: It looks stock, but has a modern Chevrolet small-block V-8 engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning and other amenities. Neat execution.

Lot 748, 1970 Dodge Challenger Custom Convertible – That thing got a Hemi? Well, duh. Of course it does, even if it wasn’t born a Hemi. This ragtop began life with a lower-performance engine, but got a Hemi transplant when it underwent a full restoration. Lots of go-fast goodies, including a pair of four-barrel carburetors and blinding Viper Red paint.

Lot 756, 1962 Chevrolet Corvette – What would any Barrett-Jackson auction be without a passel of cool Corvettes? This was the top-of-the-line ‘Vette you could buy in ’62, with a fuel-injected 327 V-8. This car is a winner of the prestigious NCRS Zora Arkus Duntov Mark of Excellence Award, one of the top honors any vintage Corvette can receive. It also had the same owner for the last 47 years.
