The Colorado Rapids have released forward Kevin Harbottle.
The 22-year-old Chilean started four matches for Colorado after signing Jan. 17 but had no goals or assists.
Rapids technical director Paul Bravo said Wednesday that releasing Harbottle allows the team to have flexibility with the roster.
