Major League Soccer will hold an expansion draft for the Montreal Impact on Nov. 23.
Montreal, the league's 19th team, will select 10 players. Each current team can protect 11 players and must submit its protected list by Nov. 21.
High-priced designated players must be protected if they have a no-trade clause. Certain young players do not count against the 11-player limit on the protected list.
