Toronto FC midfielder Jonathan Osorio has been suspended two games and fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in a game against the New York Red Bulls.

The MLS disciplinary committee handed the punishment to Osorio on Friday for endangering the safety of his opponent - Red Bulls midfielder Kosuke Kimura - in the 77th minute against New York last Saturday.

Also fined for their conduct in the match were Red Bulls midfielder Dax McCarty - for violating the policy regarding hands to the face/head of an opponent - and Red Bulls defender Jamison Olave for violent conduct.

The committee also suspended Montreal Impact sporting director Nick De Santis one game and fined him for aggressive, confrontational and irresponsible behavior toward match officials following Saturday's game against Columbus.
