Watch Rory McIlroy make eagle, then bow to quiet the 'hostile' U.S. Ryder Cup crowd
Team USA has a 5-3 lead over Team Europe after Day 1 of the Ryder Cup at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Minnesota.
But Rory McIlroy had the final word on Friday when the four-time major champion sunk a 20-foot eagle putt to effectively end the match with a point for Team Europe.
And then mocked-bowed to the raucous American crowd.

Afterward, McIlroy revealed that he "thought about that celebration before I hit the putt. ... I wanted to put an exclamation on that session for us."
It's also something the 27-year-old from Northern Ireland said he plans to continue as a way to quell the "hostile" U.S. crowd.
