Four-star running back Amir Rasul could not contain his emotions on Wednesday when he signed a National Letter of Intent to play football for Florida State on National Signing Day.

In front of his family and friends and live on CBS Sports, the Miami native got choked up as he declared himself a Seminole.

The 5-foot-10, 200-pound Rasul is listed as the ninth-best running back in the nation in 247Sports composite rankings and held offers from schools such as Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, Texas and USC.
